On the campsite you will find

– 3 toilet blocks with heated water and mixer taps at all stations, as well as washbasins in the cabins, special facilities for babies (bath, changing tables) and special cabins for the disabled.
– half-shade, half-sun pitches with electricity
– Laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers, an ironing board (iron available from reception)
– Self-service grocery store (open from 3 July to 27 August)
– A snack bar and restaurant with ready-made meals and takeaway service (pizzas, chips, etc.). T.V to watch your favourite
programs and sports.
– Fridge hire (€42 per week)
– Garden furniture (21 € per week)
– Internet access + free Wifi on 3 hotspots
– Direct access to the Tarn with beach
– Barbecue (28€ per week)
– Baby kit (28€ per week)

Entertainment

– New aquatic area: heated swimming pool (200m2)

– Free tennis court: balls and rackets not supplied (can be hired from reception) – Archery (July and August)

– The campsite overlooks the river “Le Tarn”, where you can swim, canoe and fish (licence required). The river is classified as 1st category.
– Entertainment for the general public once a week in high season.

– Welcome drink offered to our campers in July and August on Sunday evenings.

Adventure for everyone

Descent of the Tarn gorges :
– “La minouchette” : Le mas de Lafont – Les Prades Approximately 8km, ideal for children.
– “The sublime” : Les Vignes – Les Prades 18km approx., a day on the water.
– Canoes and stand-up paddles are available free of charge (1 hour per pitch) on the campsite lake for those who don’t want to go downstream.

Terms and conditions

Bookings

Reservations must be made by means of the dated and signed rental contract, accompanied by your payment by cheque, ANCV or bank transfer. It is effective when you receive confirmation from us. All rentals are by name only and may not be transferred or sublet, except with the agreement of the campsite. NO CONTRACT IS REGISTERED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID. A rental contract must be drawn up for each stay (camping/caravanning stay or rental stay).
For rentals: bookings from Saturday 3.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am (July and August).
For camping pitches: places must be free before 12.00 noon. After this time, an extra day will be charged. Arrival and departure dates must be precise. The cost of the stay is calculated on the basis of the booking dates stated on the contract.
No reduction will be granted for early departure or late arrival.

Payment on the deposit

PITCH: 30% of the cost of the stay + €20.00 booking fee (non-deductible, non-refundable in the event of cancellation). By cheque made payable to CAMPING LES PRADES or bank transfer, ANCV cheque. The balance is payable on the day of arrival.
RENTAL: 30% of the cost of the stay + €20.00 booking fee (non-deductible, non-refundable in the event of cancellation). By cheque made payable to CAMPING LES PRADES or bank transfer, ANCV cheque.
The balance is payable 30 days before the date of arrival.

Cancellation

A cancellation insurance of 25.00€ covers the cancellation of your stay, for any justified cancellation, according to the general conditions of Campez Couvert. This insurance also covers other risks detailed in these conditions. Cancellations by telephone or e-mail will not be taken into account. Without cancellation insurance, no refund of the deposit or stay will be made.

Arrival – Departure

– LOCATION: check-ins are from 12 noon. Check-outs are before 12 noon. After 12:00, an extra day
will be charged. Pitches are kept for 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date. After this time, the reserved pitch becomes available again. Pitches are rented by name for a maximum of 5 people and may not be transferred under any circumstances.
RENTAL: Check-ins are from 3.00 pm. Checkouts take place between 7.00 am and 10.00 am on Saturday mornings. The inventory of fixtures is carried out only on Saturday mornings between 7.00 and 10.00. People wishing to leave the day before must leave the premises before 8 p.m. Rentals are valid for 24 hours after the planned date of arrival. After this time, they are no longer reserved for you. PLEASE NOTE: In all cases, there is NO REDUCTION for late arrivals or early departures. The dates mentioned on the rental contract are strictly due and invoiced. If you change the dates of your stay, you cannot be guaranteed the same pitch…

Deposit and payment

– RENTAL: A deposit of €160.00 will be required on arrival. It will be reimbursed after an inventory and cleanliness check,
minus any broken or lost equipment or unclean accommodation. You will be responsible for your own cleaning and will be charged €55.00 if your accommodation is found to be unclean. Each rental is intended for a certain number of people, which may not exceed the number declared at the time of booking. Resistance appliances (irons, hairdryers, electric barbecues) are excluded. Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
– PICTHES: The balance of the stay must be paid on arrival. The amount of the stay is calculated according to the booking dates stated on the contract.
PLEASE NOTE: no discount will be granted for early departure. Dogs are only allowed on site if kept on a lead. You must bring their vaccination certificate with you. All campers must comply with the campsite rules. In the event of any dispute or litigation, the MILLAU Commercial Court will be the only arbiter.
